Xinjiang is my home province is part of the old Turk hometown within China. I am now living and studying in Trabzon in the Black Sea and enjoy Turkey very much. Hi! I'm Aslıhan, a university lecturer from Türkiye and currently working on my PhD. I also teach Reformer Pilates&Fitness Personal Trainer, so movement and a healthy lifestyle are an important part of my daily life. I genuinely enjoy meeting people from different cultures and learning how they see the world. For me, traveling isn't only about visiting famous places—it's about conversations, local experiences, and the stories people share. I'm a calm, respectful and curious person. I appreciate honesty, kindness and good communication. I don't smoke, I usually prefer quiet evenings to loud parties, but I'm always happy to explore a city, hike, grab a coffee or simply have a long conversation. I believe everyone has something to teach us. That's one of the reasons I enjoyed Couchsurfing years ago during my Erasmus exchange, and it's why I'm excited to be back after all these years.
