Just a 老外 living in 中国 🇺🇸❤️🇨🇳 There's just something about meeting new people and connecting, even when you grew up on opposite sides of the globe. I find that you can always, always always always, find something in everyone to connect to, relate to - from the homeless beggar to the greedy billionaire...we're all humans after all. My overarching philosophy is one of kindness, gentleness, and grace, both to yourself and to others. To say that you owe nothing to the world and it owes nothing to you is a fool's belief; love and reckless optimism over control and greed. After all - you wouldn't be on here if not for this philosophy...

I was born and raised in Manchuria, China. My first international experience was studying abroad in the U.S. and Spain. The experience allowed me to embrace different cultures and worldviews. And from there, I’ve become a traveler. One of my favorite quotes: “Please be a traveler, not a tourist. Try new things, meet new people, and look beyond what’s right in front of you.
