ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Hong Kong with a few beautiful years of my childhood in Vancouver, Canada. Even though I've left Hong Kong for well over a decade, I call it home.
After university in the US, I went to Cameroon and was fascinated by the continent. That fascination led me to Democratic Republic of Congo, and one year there turned into three. I spent eight years working on Congo issues, and Congo is an important part of me - I have a tattoo on my back to prove it ;). I went back to work in the US after three life-transforming years in Congo (that I am still trying to process). The gigantic supermarkets, wide freeways, and lack of social interaction in suburban America dulled my senses and I left two years later to travel around South America. I finally landed in Chile in 2016, and that is where a new story begins.
I hate routine, embrace creativity, and love meeting people.

Je suis né et j’ai grandi à Hong Kong avec quelques belles années de mon enfance à Vancouver, Canada. Même si je suis parti de Hong Kong depuis plus de dix ans, Hong Kong c’est toujours chez moi.
Après l’université aux États-Unis, je suis allé au Cameroun et le continent me captivé. Cette fascination m’a amené à la République démocratique du Congo et un an là est devenu trois. J’ai passé huit ans en travaillant sur le sujet du Congo, donc le pays est très important pour moi – j’ai même un tatouage sur mon dos comme preuve ;). Je suis rentré aux États-Unis après trois années transformatives au Congo (sur lesquelles je suis toujours en train de réfléchir). Les supermarchés gigantesques, les autoroutes larges et le manque d’interaction sociale de la vie américaine m’ont ennui beaucoup et je suis reparti deux ans plus tard à voyager en Amérique du Sud. Je me suis finalement installé au Chili en 2016 et c’est là un nouveau chapitre a commencé.
Je déteste la routine, j’aime bien la créativité, et je suis toujours prêt à rencontrer les gens.

Nací y crecí en Hong Kong, viví igual algunos años hermosos de mi infancia en Vancouver, Canadá. Aunque me fui de Hong Kong desde hace más de una década, Hong Kong es siempre mi hogar.
Después de la universidad en EEUU, fui a Camerún y el continente me fascinó. Con esta fascinación, fui a trabajar en la República Democrática del Congo y un año se convirtió en tres. Trabajé por ocho años en el tema del Congo y el país es una parte muy importante de mi vida – tengo un tatuaje en mi espalda como evidencia ;). Volví a trabajar en EEUU después de tres años transformativos (las que todavía estoy tratando). Me aburró de los supermercados gigantescos, las autopistas anchas y la falta de interacción social en la vida suburbana de EEUU. Por eso, me fui otra vez de EEUU después dos años para viajar por Sudamérica. Llegué finalmente en Chile en 2016 y ahí donde empieza un nuevo capítulo.
Odio la rutina, me encanta la creatividad, y estoy siempre listo a conocer gente.
