I'm new to the couchsurfing world : friends have briefly introduced me to it. I love meeting new people, learning about them and hearing their stories. I'm a mom of 3 girls (2 teenagers and a young adult), I'm an open minded, very easy-going and positive person! I also wish to teach my girls about sharing and discovering with new people from around the world and different cultures and backgrounds. I love music, I've been playing piano for a long time and currently learn the cello, which is a big challenge! I play keyboard in a local band and play the cello with the Conservatoire's youth orchestra. Although I love classical music, I'm also into many other styles : folk, jazz, blues, swing, trad! Discovering new music bands and going to shows/concerts is definitely an activity I do very often. I've once had a passion for dance as well, and currently starting learning swing dance! ABOUT ME -Moi: Je suis depuis l'été 2007 l'apprenti d'un ancien marin et gardien de phare aujourd'hui artisan chaloupier. -Le Moulin: Ancien moulin à farine construit au début du 20e siècle. Aujourd'hui, le rez-de-chaussé est occupé par l'atelier de réparation de bateaux où je travaille, l'étage par l'appartement du propriétaire et dans les combles, un dortoir généreusement rustique qui héberge amis, parenté, des CouchSurfeur et... moi-même! -Bic: Village comptant près de 3000 habitants, 18 km à l'ouest de Rimouski, reconnu pour ses spectaculaires paysages de bord de mer et son riche patrimoine bâtit. Outre les traditionnels commerces et services de village, la présence d'un parc national, d'auberges et de tables réputées, d'un théâtre, d'une boulangerie artisanale et de galeries d'arts lui ont valu le titre de Capitale touristique du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Épuisés par de nombreuses luttes, les bicois et bicoises non toutefois malheureusement pu éviter, en septembre 2009, l’annexion de leur territoire à celui de la ville de Rimouski. -Rimouski: Une très belle ville... mais ce n'est pas la mienne!
