We are not in the city of Inverness, but actually about 35 minutes outside in the very remote countryside. Visiting us is a bit like going back to the 1950s, the house is beautiful but incredibly basic and sometimes we don't even have running water! It can also get quite cold as there's no central heating, so if you're into your creature comforts this might not be the best place for you. If however you're into roughing it in a beautiful location with loads of cuddly animals to play with, this is the place for you. I'm a busy, disorganised , slightly scatty 47 year old mum with a strong work ethic and a very open and accepting attitude. Some days you'll see me running round like a crazy thing, juggling 25 jobs, others I'll sit by the fire all night chilling. It just depends on what needs done, need being the main word, I don't believe in the superfluous! I believe life is for living, the grass is green where-ever you point the hose-pipe and the glass is definitely half full. We have cats, dogs, rabbits and poultry, please don't stay if you have allergies or need routine and tidiness!
