Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm a "young professional" -- which means I barely make anything at all...but I refuse to let this hinder my dream of seeing the world. I aim to be a budget traveler and I believe Couchsurfing is a great avenue for that.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Last year, I went on my first solo backpacking trip in the northern part of the Philippines, which is bound by the glorious mountain range of the Cordilleras. All I had were a backpack, a camera, a little money... and the rest was sheer guts & will. I totally just went with the flow. I know it's not wise to go on a trip without any plan at all, but it was exactly what I did, and it was AMAZING.
