Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Because tourism is lifeless unless you meet local people and try and feel what it is to live there. Much better than just seeing the spots and getting the paid experience. I love to show people around in India also.
Music, Movies, and Books
Too many to list here. I love Indian semi-classical and old Bollywood music. Among western singers, I like old bands like Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel etc. Books just too many, a real bookworm. Movies also pretty much across genre.

I learned and teach Spanish, can also teach Hindi. Love to cook and learn new dishes.
What I Can Share With Hosts
My language, stories about my village in Central India, My cooking, maybe a small gift from India, and later on I can be a host and a guide when they come here. We can go to many offbeat destinations !
