Music, Movies, and Books
Books: As far as fiction goes I'm a huge nerd and love Tolkien and George RR Martin. Movies: Too many to name, I'm into anything from cheesy martial arts movies to historical dramas. Martin Scorsese is probably my favorite director. Music: Very varied taste, from norwegian black metal to Appalachian folk music.

Hmm...well I've chased bears and survived a helicopter crashing nearly right on top of me.

I can teach people a lot about Canada, fish and wildlife, and help with learning english. I love learning about local history and culture, and am always down to learn new languages.
My Interests
My passion is environmental conservation, specifically fish and wildlife. I love exploring the outdoors and soaking in nature's beauty. I'm also really into biology, linguistics, history and sports (specifically basketball and MMA...though I am Canadian so there's a little hockey thrown in there). One of the main reasons I'm so eager to travel is I love learning about other cultures. Also, I absolutely love beer and whiskey.
