Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm currently making my way back to New Zealand via Central America and the States and I'm hoping to crash on a few couches, specifically in Hawaii. I'm also hoping to be able to return the favour once I'm back in Vancouver.
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm open to all music but I'm particularly big into electronic music, specifically funk, breaks and house. I also love chillwave and lofi. Music festivals are my happy place! I'm down for pretty much all genres of movies and books, besides horror. Some of my favourite movies are Gladiator, Lord of the Rings, Mad Max: Fury Road and What we do in the Shadows. Books I love are the Martian, Ready Player One, A Short History of Nearly Everything, Persuasion, and Uprooted.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Fundraised $4,000 for Nepal after the 2015 earthquake and spent a week hiking in the Himalayas.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm travelling with a couple of hoops and would love to teach anyone who's interested! I can also show you some handstand conditioning and tips. I just started learning Spanish and I'd love to practice. The same with surfing!
