I am a small town girl who LOVES to set goals, make plans and have fun adventures. Growing up in a small town for 4,500 people I love chatting and learning about others. I work at not for profits so I save my pennies and still love to travel. I have a women's studies degree- was the first person in my family to graduate from post secondary school, and ran for mayor of my town at 26 years old. I love animals, being kind, hi5's and great local food and drinks :)

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am on couchsurfing because travelling is not cheap, and working at a not for profit makes me rich with experiences, just not rich in a money way. I also love meeting people and learning from different cultures and I LOVE MAKING NEW FRIENDS. It must be the Canadian in me that loves to make friends.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love Sixteen Candles, and Matildaare my rom com. kid movie favourites. Books- depends on the day- I feel as if lately anything by Dr. Seuss really speaks to me lol
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I met up with strangers who were pro athletes in Squamish BC last year hiked the mountain the Chief and para-glided off of it. It was absolutely amazing! Apparently 30 people in the world have done it approx.
