Why I'm on Couchsurfing
NEW! I‘m finally able to host, because I’m not living in a dorm anymore. I‘m happy to provide a couch for everyone who comes accidental or planned to Cologne, a colorful and lovely city. I like to meet new people from all around, it's very intersting to talk and if its more for you than only a cheap place to stay, you are welcome :) The other side, why I'm on CS is, that I try to travel on my own , so I'm very happy, if I find locals and like-minded people all over the world.
Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite book is "Wir Ertunkenen" by Carsten Jensen, it's about 4 generations of sailors and fishers in Denmark. Another book is "Blackout", about the collapse of electricity at first in Europe and then the whole world cause of a virus in the controlling sytems.

I can share some nice pasta recipes I can teach you some German phrases and can taste with you a huge variety of German beers and bread
