Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I want to take part in this vibrant community, seems like a brilliant idea. I am an avid traveller and I've come to understand that any locale is that much more diverse and exciting when experienced with the help of a local, so I'd like to take part in the cultural exchange that's going on with the help of Couch Surfing.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like post rock and ambient music mostly, generally with a darker tinge. Classic rock and heavy metal, as well as more recent minimalist composers, its a little all over the map. Love bands and composers like Sigur Ros, Earth, The National, C.C.R., Avro Part and Phillip Glass My project is called Bitter Tree- check it out!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I rode Bactrian camels through the semi-Gobi in Mongolia to a ger- in February. (-35)

My Interests
