Publicación en Antigua and Barbuda

hi, i live in the US and was thinking of coming to Antigua for a few days for a quick break. couple of quick questions i had:

1. which is the most beautiful part of the island to stay at?

2. would i need a car to move around or there are taxis/ buses or bikes to rent?

3. apart from beach lounging, best things to do? cheers, ...dimitry
