Publicación en Black Travellers (and other coloured / visible minorities)

I'm asking for a relative who's having a hard time finding a "couch." She's as much half-Irish as I am but the French Polynesian side "rules out" in her case so she's basically getting treated "like Black" by Germany everywhere she turns. She practically got arrested sleeping one night at the Hauptbahnhof....even though there were plenty of white people sleeping there too. That sort of nonsense.
