I am moving into a newly built apartment next to Phoenix Mall in Velachery. It is a 3 bedroom flat and I am looking for a flatmate to offset the premium I pay for this bigger place and accessibility. The total rent is Rs. 30,500 and the flatmate's share will be Rs. 15250 plus electricity and maid's charges. I already have my own stuff, including airconditioners for the bedrooms, and you can call it a fully furnished place. PM for pictures if this suits your needs. I prefer a flatmate with no dietary restrictions.
