Ash i did go on reddit through your recommendation but didnt find it as clear as craigslist.org anyhow i did leave an add there, i hope it sends msgs to my emails if someone answers it heh, ill go look at fiverr right now, does fiverr works for chicago aswell? ill see it in a few mins i guess :)

I personally hate Reddit, but a lot of people pass through there so its good for getting noticed so I thought to share. From my knowledge, Fiverr is nationwide and possibly global. You put up an ad for what you would like and hire someone, or vise-versa, create a gig to get hired. I use it for freelance art/animations. So if you need a photographer, I would imagine there is someone in the area that has a gig looking to be hired as a freelance worker. I've found some people that work for as little as $10, but it depends on the person and the gig. Good luck!
