If you're still looking for a way to get to Madison, check out the "ride share" section of your local discussion page - most people carpool to the couch crash. There are also direct bus connections to downtown Madison offered by Megabus, Van Galder, Greyhound, and Jefferson Lines. You can even fly into Madison directly, or though Milwaukee or Chicago. These airports are nearby and have inexpensive, direct bus connections to downtown Madison.
