Where to buy second hand bicycle? European cuisine food? Like hard cheese) cheap dishes?

Hey guys I just moved for one semester to Fukuoka) really need an advice where I buy -Second hand bicycle (deregistered) -European kind food, like hard cheese, maybe lentils -Dishes? My dormitory common kitchen doesn't provide with any :( So if you have anything you don't need, please let me know! I will pick it up) maybe old boiler? Rice cooker? Thank u!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check out http://www.fukuoka-now.com/en/classified/archive/?category=156 a 2nd hand bike for sale appears quite often and maybe kitchen utensils for those leaving. For European food, maybe try Bon Repas its a bit of a high end grocery?

There is a very cheap chain called Saiyzeria with Italian food. Dishes are as low as 400 yen, a glass of wine 100 yen (good wine, especially considering the price). You can find one almost in every town/quarter somewhat near to the train station. And the food is real (unlike e.g. McDonalds). Otherwise, there are tons of European restaurants in town, even a Russian one ...

You can get dishes and cutlery at Daiso or another 100yen shop, if you don't find any second hand. For food to cook at home, there are *- a few chains that sell super exotic foreign food like cheese or muesli. 'Kaldi' and 'Jupiter' both have a few stores in Fukuoka, they're both a bit expensive though. There's another one called 'Yamaya' that has some of the same things as the first two stores but is usually cheaper (eg they have the same brand of muesli as Jupiter, but for under 500 yen instead of nearly 700 yen). If you copy this into Google maps you should be able to find a Yamaya: 酒のやまや Enjoy your cheese!

Welcome to Fukuoka,. You can buy European cheese at a department store food division. They are at Tenjin or Hakata station. Tenjin, Mitskoshi,Daimaru, Iwataya. I bought European cheese at Hakata Hankyu basement food floor food shop, not a cheese shop. Also you can buy ethnic ingredients at the Food Way Nakasu Kawabata shop which is in Gates building at NakasuKawabata.

The best place I've found where you can get European cheese is Costco. It's a bit far from the city but you can get big blocks of cheese at great prices.
