hi, i will be on ibiza form 17 oct. till 25 oct. I like to know; is it easy to travel around by public transport, and

on the 25 oct. i have a flight very early, 6.45 am, need to be on the airport 4.45 am, where would you advise to stay , i was thinking in the city (or if you have a better advise, pleas let me know), but does anyone know a cheap hostel to stay? i cannot find it online, tnx! grt janine

Hello Janine! I think it should be easy to use public transport yet, almost everything is still working till 1frts of november so you wouldnt have any problem about. If you have the very early flight i recommend you to stay in Ibiza town or Playa d'en Bossa. You might take a taxi that early time , but from this 2 places is cheap to get to the airport. I can't help you out about the hostels, because during this time, more than 80% is closed. Anyway, have a look a web page called ''Hostel World'' you might find something interesting there. hi, i just got back, had a great time and hostel in Sant Antoni, Amistat was ok, meet a lot of nice people! I loved the island, also formentera was very nice to spend my last day. grtz janine

Hi, Janine! in Booking I found for 14 € in San Antonio, the bus works well and is punctual, if you need to move much, it is better to rent a motorcycle. from the airport you can take the bus to Ibiza, at 7 already it works. happy stay!!

Hi, tnx! just got back, i stayed at hostel amistat in sant antoni, was very nice, and had a great time. And got back to the airport by taxi, who had to drive very fast, because i overslept...but i made it! rest of the week i travelled by public transport and that was ok

Hi Janine,

I definitely recommend you to get a rental car or scooter to travel around and to go back to the airport as well. We don't have a good Public transport amd now that we are off season most of the buses are not running (like the one from San a Antoni to the airport). Also if you have a rental car/scooter you you can also stay wherever you prefer! Check the website www. doyouspain.com they have really good prices these days! Enjoy your stay!

tnx! just got back and travelled with public transport, yes sometimes the bus does not go so often, but it was ok. had a great time at your island. 1 day i went by car, that was nice, see the sunset on the highest point of the island

hi, i had a great time, stayed in hostel Amistat in Sant Antoni and it was perfect. low costs and meet a lot of nice people! And travel by public transport, some busses go a lot less, but i managed. Love the island! grtz
