NEED ADVICE for Niš and Stara planina national park

Hi guys! I will visit Niš for 4 days (from Friday to Monday) and I would love to see the Stara planina national park as well. Do you know if there is some car rental where I can rent a car without a credit card? (I only have debit card). If not, which village/city do you recommend for visiting at the national park? Preferably something easily reachable by public transport and with nice nature. Also if you have any other tips for Niš or Stara planina, I will be glad hearing them! Thanks in advance for any advice ;)

HI, maybe this cave church on Stara planina would be interesting to you. It is located is village Rsovci. http://wheretoserbia.com/around-pirot/poganovo-sukovo-monastery-and-cave-church/ Also, Stara mountain is great, with lot's of waterfalls and great nature.

It is possible to take public bus. Renting car with debit card should also be possible. Stara Planina has a lot of waterfalls which are worth seeing. I don"t see dates...often there are organized hikings by hiking association (Planinarsko drustvo)
