Traditional Food Haiti

Hola! I was wondering if anyone knows what some traditional meals are for Haiti??

I have been travelling now since 2009 & one of the things I try to do & share is cooking a traditional meal from each city we visit (with a local) and sharing it with others! If you check our Facebook you can see the pictures & videos from other meals..

If there is anyone out there who would like to cook, we are not the best cooks but it will definitely be fun! Very excited to get to Haiti, still not sure what to expect!!

volunteering in Haiti?!

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knows of of any volunteer or charity organisations I can help out with while I am travelling Haiti?

I have been travelling since 2009 & love to help out whenever I can & share the opportunity with other travellers (more information on Facebook) - So any suggestions at all are greatly appreciated :)

And if you would like to join me also please let me know :)

(I also am carrying special water filters with me for Raincatcher.org that cut out all bacteria from dirty water, so if you know of any areas or communities that would benifit from this please let me know also!)
