Are you keen to meet other expats and locals while easing yourself into some gentle cardio training? Join us at 8.30am this Saturday 21st March for slow + social running opposite ‘Living a Dream Cafe’ on CMU campus. We will grab food/coffee after a steady 20-25 minute jog.
