Participants will take part in a foraging walk through the beautiful landscape to identify and collect edible plants, which will be used to brew a fresh herbal tea. This is followed by a restorative sound bath designed to support rest and connection through the healing vibrations of gongs and singing bowls. The afternoon concludes with tea shared around an outdoor fire.
