The Tour de Santa Fe Trail is a 50-mile half-century bike ride that benefits the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center through the Arkansas Valley Health Foundation. The flat course takes riders through the Arkansas Valley during the region's tarantula migration season and concludes in downtown La Junta, where participants can enjoy the local Tarantula Festival.
