Hi! I’m Bogdan from Ukraine. I’ve been living in the beautiful city of Kassel, Germany, for the past four years. I’m building my life here, learning German, integrating into the local culture, and enjoying every opportunity to explore new places. I love traveling, meeting interesting people, and discovering different cultures. I enjoy meaningful conversations and believe that every person has a unique story to share. I speak Russian (my native language), Ukrainian, and English, and I’m currently learning German. I lead a calm and active lifestyle. I enjoy walking, spending time in nature, cooking, and trying dishes from different cultures. I respect other people’s personal space and value cleanliness, mutual trust, kindness, and honesty. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol. Whether it’s exploring a city, cooking a meal together, or simply having a good conversation over a cup of coffee, I’m always happy to share experiences. I always appreciate my hosts’ hospitality and am happy to help around the house or cook a meal together. I treat my host’s home with the same care and respect as my own.

I have all my life believed in humanity. I support amnesty international ( www.amnesty.org ), medico international and médecins sans frontières ( www.msf.org ) for that. I think every exchange and connection among people from allover the world can help to build a better future for mankind. I am an agricultural engeneer and worked as a freelancer with my own enterprise as an consultant for farm economy and organic farming allover Germany and sometimes abroad. My (professional, in german) website is www.redelberger.info Through my work, I have the opportunity to travel, mainly in the countryside and in remote places. I love nature and gardening, art, painting, drawing. Sports like dancing, hiking, biking, mountaineering, inline skating in a moderate manner. Craft work and wood chucking. Living at the countryside in Guxhagen, close to Kassel, right in the centre of Germany. I am reducing my work to get the opportunity to travel more like in the past. Nevertheless I like my region, my home and my garden as well. So I stay most of the time in my village and I love it. I love visiting local events like music festivals culture, independent cinema, art, exhibitions and so on. I am very much interested in history, whether that of my area or that of your homeland.

Hey, I am Mira and always happy to meet new people! I did some couchsurfing with my best friend but we organised it all via her account that is why I now have to think of something nice to write here. I do music means I sing, play piano guitar and ukulele and travelling you often find me at the nearest jam session in town! I also like to write and record my own music and connect with fellow artists:) I am a nature lover and recently discovered hiking in the german alps for me which is challenging and wonderful at the same time.. I am quite easy going and love making new connections without putting any pressure on it:)

CURRENT MISSION A great attitude becomes a great day which becomes a great month which becomes a great year which becomes a great LIFE. At the moment i am studying - Social laws and social economy, but after my studies i will definitely go on another trip around the world for about 1 year, probably to South America/ Africa in 2022/2023. Will be happy to meet a lot of people during this trip :) ABOUT ME I was born in Russia, Siberia. When I was 2 years old my family moved to Germany and I grew up in the beautiful small town Bad Sachsa/Harz. Now i am living in Kassel. I am an easy-going person and always up for every fun. If someone needs my help, I am at all times ready to help. About 10 years ago I started my first big adventure to Australia and Southeast Asia. I learnt a lot about myself, my desire for adventure and my greed for the unknown. I can't stop traveling, it's like a drug to me and it's an integral part of my life:)) when i have the time, i use every opportunity to go on trips. I live in a flat at the outskirts of Kassel. My guests can sleep on a flexible mattress in a room, connected to the living room but with some privacy. Beware: I have a curious cat from whom guests can not totally stay off. When you come I´m happy when you cook for me or do little necessary works for me :-) As I have my practice at home it must be clear that I can work undisturbed and most of the time I don´t have the time to go out with you. That means I´m not the sozializing one - then rather look for another host, please. I´m happy to talk about life with you, your upbringing, your experiences, your present moment interests. For me life is about sharing. May you all be happy, may you all be well, may you all be safe on your journeys. Update February 2018: I moved to Kassel and love to host again, from time to time...but only non smokers, sorry. Please don't think it's enough not to smoke while you're here. ABOUT ME I like to communicate, laugh, sing, read, travel, cook, patchwork, meditate, inquire. I still feel so much younger than I am according to my years on earth. Hiii🌞 I'm Mo'mn, originally from Egypt... I'm a business analyst and alongside work, pursuing my M.Sc. at the University of Kassel... I love planting, nature, pets, getting lost in a good book, music, hiking, mindfulness communications, meeting new people, and new experiences... the first early 3 hours of my day are for reading, working out, meditating, gratitude moments… my optimal fulfillment is in its simplest form 🌞 Living in the aha moment, is my preferable zone.... spending some time in silence, after reading for a while… getting some space between my thoughts.... when I’m also mostly enlightened by connecting a new thought with an old one in my mind, and having a better resolution and new perspective about something in life Obviously, I'm a very positive and optimistic prime person :) Thanks for reading, and looking forward to solo traveling, meeting new people, and spending quality time 😊
