With people, the natural world, culture, history, the built environment. I'm passionate about growing things. I also enjoy listening to music and reading. I enjoy being around other people, especially my family. I value community, simplicity, spirituality, justice, and living a deeply happy life. I try to live it in such a way that helps the people around me to thrive and allows all the people who come after me to thrive too.
I like to run and do yoga. My goal is to participate in a 24 hour running event. Currently my life is occupied with grad school, research, and work. I love novelty. New places, new people, new experiences. There are many lifetimes of things to do in the world and I hope to fill up mine.

I am a continuous student of the universe and never ending researcher on the human condition. Always interested in meeting fellow travelers. I love hiking, sight-seeing a new city, and experiencing the life of the local people. When traveling I love volunteering in Workaways and have done so at seven great organizations in Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, South Korea, Laos, and Nepal. Worked jobs as an English teacher, hostel and hotel reception, bartender, and in a buddhist commune.

PHILOSOPHY Not too much, not too little--life is about balance and compromise.
