I am most at peace in nature, connecting with the simplicities of life. I am on a journey of reconnecting with land in a harmonious, sustainable way, connecting more deeply w mother nature and her teachings. I grew up in an immigrant home in a small agricultural town so im often fascinated by the history of local places/migration etc. I am most passionate about health equity, environmental justice, and reading (historical fiction, poetry, memoirs, and non-fiction related to (im)migration, farmworkers, and; u.s. + LatinAmerican politics generally). I most enjoy getting to know a new place by taking public transportation (i love collecting new metro cards). I love finding local spots, hiking to waterfalls, learning local history, and eating amazing food! I believe food is sacred and the way we come together around food can be a healing experience. I love getting to know ways we are connected through food histories. I'm also getting back into cooking so if you have tips or a favorite food to make im all ears :-) oh, also music reccs !
We are recently returned to the CS world, but now with kids! With that in mind, we have restricted our hosting some, but we are now open! CURRENT MISSION Explore, include and celebrate! ABOUT ME I am a queer, polyamorous, quasi-vegetarian, naturist individual. I identify as genderqueer and use the pronouns e/em/eir. I am eager to explore and make new connections. I love to travel, meet new people and hear the experiences of others. Learning to express myself more these days and loving it. I'm currently co-teaching 6th grade at a local charter; I cherish the challenge and fulfillment it provides. As a naturist, I encourage anyone who stays with us to give the lifestyle a try. I realize many find it intimidating/appalling/uncomfortable but I think that's generally before anyone gives it a chance. So try if you like! Our home is a body positive space. Also, for my benefit, in your request, please answer this question: are you comfortable with me continuing my practice while you are in our home? Otherwise, if you choose not to answer the question, don't expect a response. I am always willing to accommodate -- I don't want our guests to feel unsettled by my nudity. The man in many of my pictures is my life companion, Blake. Find him on here (https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/blakeyuen) and facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/bky.heiselt. I'm no longer part of that community, but you can see him there. I love him. And our little dogs, too! PHILOSOPHY Inter-connectivity. Peace/Love/Recycle. Period.
Grew up in Hyderabad, India. Currently living in California, US.

Just a guy who works and desires to travel and do more. I've been to Mexico twice, and I'm hoping to try a cruise in the next year. I love hiking when I can, I love to play splatoon 3, and otherwise work seems to have the most of my time.
I am in love with traveling, music, and meeting people who want to talk about it all. Or jamming. I could jam for days (but I can also be a calm and quiet guest if need be!) I’m currently touring full time with my personal swanky rock band Thrown-Out Bones composed of two of my best friends from middle school/high school: Nick and Sam. We’re often crashing together and you can listen to us on all the streaming things/get a feel for our vibe on YouTube. We’re super respectful, loving, playful, and putting all our heart into our dream :)
Most of my work life, I have been living and working somewhere abroad. It was always important to me to be in contact with local people in order to understand the different culture and the little details that tourists usually don't recognize. Your home is where your hearth is...
Traveling every chance I get. I love meeting people and hearing their stories. I'm typically a big solo traveler but am always happy to bring friends along whenever the occasion arises. Sometimes I get myself into some precarious situations but I've come out on the other side all the better for it! Always willing to try anything new - no matter what, it's always worth it for the experience.
I travel for work alot and when I'm home I love entertaining and meeting new people. Very generous and very extroverted. Friends with all my neighbors and I'm their (go-to-guy) for any and all handyman stuff. Currently back in school pursuing a degree in electrical engineering.
ABOUT ME Laid back, gay, active and busy
Hi! My name is Elena, I’m 40 years old, and I live in Sacramento, California. Together with my partner, Roman, who is a software developer, we’ve created BidWarp.com. We’ve invested a lot of time, energy, and passion into this project, and now we’re looking to connect with people who find it interesting and might want to be part of its journey. Our dream is to grow it into something truly big. I love meeting people from different countries, exchanging ideas, and making new friends. Before moving to the United States, I spent 15 years working in the travel industry, so connecting with people from different cultures has always been an important part of my life. If you’re interested in startups, technology, entrepreneurship, collectibles, or simply enjoy inspiring conversations over coffee, I’d love to meet you. You never know where a great conversation might lead! Looking forward to meeting you!
CURRENT MISSION To live in the present, enjoying each moment as it is. ABOUT ME Me? I'm nice and fun of course. I live in the now, and love it. Walk Skippy to the park almost every day, just to hear the play, read a book, feel the sunset and maybe call my kids for a visit. PHILOSOPHY I live my life in the now, loving, and knowing nothing and everything and questioning it all, doubting especially faith. I am an apostate and proud of it. a recovering vegetarian.
