Hi there! My son Camilo (9) and I (37) live in the fairy tale town of Marburg, Germany. Professionally, I help people who tend to lose themselves in others become the free spirits that they in their core are. In general I'm very interested in the human psyche and why humans behave the way they do. Justice is important to me personally as well as on a global spectrum. Whenever I meet someone I always want to know how they got to the point in life where they are now. What key moments they had and what drives them. I'm really looking forward to hearing your story :) Camilo is a smart boy who knows exactly what he wants all while being polite and thoughtful. He's very interested in cars, especially expensive ones and all other things luxurious and cool 💅😎☺️ We've traveled quite a lot together and did couchsurfing in Italy, workaway in Spain and pet sitting in Germany. We love to go slow and explore the places we're staying at, connect with locals (Camilo understands and speaks english), discover nature through hiking as well as the town with it's sights, museums and activities. At home we like a good game night with cards and board games. Our favourites are escape and adventure games. Would love to play with you, if you're into it, too! Hey! I’m Nilas, 27, from Germany and currently studying Motology and Psychomotorics. I’m pretty curious, open-minded and always up for meeting new people, sharing stories and exploring places together. I love being outdoors enjoying nature, but also doing sports like surfing, climbing and hiking, but I’m just as happy cooking together, having a beer or getting lost in a new city. Don't forget about utopia

We are a small family always trying to find a break from the daily life with smaller or bigger trips. In April my boyfriend, our 3 years old kid and I returned to Marburg from a six-month parental leave travelling through Europe. After three months of cycling along the Spanish Mediterranean coast, in January (2023) we started an Interrail trip from Germany to Turkey via Switzerland, Italy and Greece by train. Along the way we had the chance to meet many nice people and to stay with some of them. For us, using couchsurfing has been a great experience so far and we will continue to use the platform for shorter trips and stays.
