CURRENT MISSION Journalism in England and in Ukraine Live, Learn, Experience = Growth, Wisdom, Sharing ABOUT ME My passport is my favorite possesion. I was born an anthropologist. I did not realize it until i first left North America. Returning the first time I realized how that experience moved me and gave me more than anything else ever would have.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I used to teach English abroad. I volunteer at an English as a second language group. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE My flatmate Boris in Prague, Czech Republic was the consummate couchsurfing host. When driving across the U.S. with two friends, we used couchsurfing in Nashville, Tennessee and in New Orleans, Louisiana. I hosted people last summer and this summer. I've hung out with Couch Surfers in town.
Música, películas y libros
foreign films of course. and any excellent drama I actually like textbooks.
Una cosa increíble que he hecho
In 2006 I met Bill Clinton in Arkansas while driving across country. It was at a campaign rally for mid-term elections. He gave a 55-minute speech. I said, "I just saw Bill Clinton in concert!! In his home state!" It was seeing him do his thing: a campaigner, a politician, a speaker ...but seeing him do it as a local! That was anthropologically amazing.
Enseña, aprende, comparte
I can give basic English lessons. Or any points of grammar on which a guest would like to focus. Our religion in California is therapy; I can practice gestalt if something's bothering you. Help you write a cover letter and prep for a job interview. Driving lessons. I like preparing meals with people who know how to cook. Having a laugh.
