About us: Hi there! Here's a short introduction of us: Bram (28)and Manon (26) from The Netherlands. After a while of being 'not so close friends' ( :P ) we hooked up . By now together for several years. Besides toothpaste we share the love for (live) MUSIC. We'd really like to share this interests and others with anyone who's up for it. Accompanied with a good beer, fine whiskey or hot cup of tea a discussion about life or the colour yellow wouldn't scare us either ;) To make a short story, even shorter. Besides the beautiful nature, music and culture - we come to visit Scotland (with couchsurfing) to get to know our neighbours from another country :)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
This year we will be visiting Scotland for 3 weeks. During our visit we hope to have a few nice hikes which will show us the nature of Scotland. Also we will be visiting Islay for a Whisky quest. Besides some city tripping we (Or espacially Bram) Would like to discover some Scottish Brewery's and even brew our own beer to take back to the Netherlands. Last but not least we would also like to meet locals who can take us to local bars. And show us around in a way we would never do by ourself.

Manon: Everything with a good sound or good story to it Bram: Music - BB King, Pink Floyd, Marillion, Rory Gallagher, The Doors, DeWollf, Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy etc. Movies: LOTR, Into the Wild
Una cosa increíble que he hecho
Bram: One of my best traveling moments i experienced was in Ireland. I was on a bike trip and paused by a lake. A rock was laying in the water and sitting on that rock I enjoyed the view with a glass of Whisky. My whisky on the rocks, but without ice. Also beautiful and something I recommend is to visit Salto Angel in Venezuela. We have been hiking in several parts of Norway. At these hike of 3/4 days we felt really back to basic and on our own in the wonderful endless mountains.
Mis intereses
Manon: Music, Nature, Art, Psychology And perhaps good to know: I love to dance, but I'm not really good at it (but that doesn't stop me..) Bram: I'm interested in talking about life, politics, music. Listening to music (Blues, Rock, alternative and more like that). I like sports and seeing the world. Relaxing with a good beer or a fine malt whisky (I prefer the aged and smokey or peated ones)
