Age: 45 (I hate the new bracket they just introduced. Makes me sound really old, haha.) CURRENT MISSIONS Current mission: Back in Stockholm editing my Berlin film trilogy. Future missions: Spend four months in Paris shooting another film. Exploring Antarctica by ship from Argentina. Recently completed missions: Explored the art scene in Berlin for 6 months, shooting three short films. Went from Southampton to New York by ocean liner in November 2023, following the same route as Titanic (luckily not literally, hehe). Traveled from Stockholm to Tokyo by land and sea (including seven days on the Trans-Siberian Express!) in 2017, and in 2022 spent a month in Barcelona with my cat Kafka (he joined me in Berlin as well!). ABOUT ME I'm a writer and adventurer, always looking for new inspiration. People sometimes say I should plan more ahead, but I believe life is best lived with a good book and flowing sake cup under a blossoming cherry tree... because you never know if you will be able to experience it again. Mono no aware, as they say in Japanese. And I like meeting new and interesting people that inspire me. For the past two years I've been working on and recently completed a mystery thriller mid-length film, a dark love letter to 1920s' Stockholm. I'm also writing a novel set in 1950s' and 70s' Buenos Aires. Also, I'm a night owl and not an early riser, haha. PHILOSOPHY Mono no aware (see above). Homepage: https://danasenlund.com/

Lo que puedo ofrecer a los hosts
Fun and crazy adventures, hopefully. :) (And tell stories of such.)
Mis intereses
Exploring shady back alleys in rural Kyushu. Good coffee. Good books. Any wine (as long as it's red, and preferably pinot noir). Films and filmmaking. Adventuring. Beer and darts! The 1920s. 日本文化 한국 복분자
