HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING We have both surfed other people's couches and hosted couchsurfers in the past - it was great every time. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Couchsurfing is a wonderful community. We first tried it a few summers ago when we embarked on a mini voyage of Europe. We had no idea about how it was going to turn out and whether it was a good idea at all, but every single one of the experiences we had then was very special. Since then we have hosted a few times as well and hosting turned out to be just as much fun - we always did our best to treat our guests the way we wanted to be treated when surfing. To cut it short, couchsurfing is truly an experience. It always depends on your attitude (maybe a little bit on your luck as well) - if you are open to discovering new places, new people, new cultures, and rediscovering yourself along the way, you'll enjoy it!

There are dozens of movies we love but "Schindler's List" holds a special place in both of our hearts. We are also into Tarantino's films. Similarly, there are many authors we love reading - from classics to contemporary. A few names that come to mind - Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, Bulgakov, Remarque, Palahniuk, Murakami etc. As for the music, we listen to a lot of different genres - from indie and electronic music to jazz and retro.
