ABOUT ME Hey! I'm an italian charismatic citizen of the world. Traveling is my class A drug and can never get enough. I am fairly newish to the whole couchsurfing scene but nothing ever starts off strong right? At 18 After a leg injury and a year of convalescence I took off for Alaska and thats where it all started for me. I don't have a university degree given my test run in San Francisco, in which I was being taught "what it takes to be successful" I decided the classroom isnt the place for me. Growing up in a household where everyone cooks for passion, it slowly grew on me and has now become my profession. I am a cook and my bucketlist is to.taste the whole world... I'll probably never tick that box but sure as hell I'll try as many world flavours as I can. I'm flexible, you'll never see me complain and I was raised on the basis of "more helping hands, make less work for everyone".
