CURRENT MISSION Travel across Canada all the way to Saturna Island, BC, in autumn 2018. Also, this summer (2018), I wish to build a small sauna using cordwood masonry techniques, and hypertufa ABOUT ME I like to laugh. But I was told I laugh too loud! Is there a law against laughing too loud?... PHILOSOPHY I believe that you can make anything happen if you really put your mind/work/time/effort into it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have mostly been hosting couchsurfers over the past 12 years. It has been wonderful. I am mainly looking for couchsurfers/woofers for spring and summer to help me around the organic garden in Montreal and to participate in a unique 'off-the-grid' project in the Laurentian woods. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Couchsurfing is just fabulous. Every experience is different. The whole concept can be adapted to one's own preferences and style. The key to a positive couchsurfing experience is 'respect'.

I have been in a plane 'incident'. I will tell you the story if you ever come to my place. I guess the most amazing thing I ever did was to hike the Northville-Lake Placid Trail (121 miles) in 12 days.
