CURRENT MISSION To enjoy being here and now ABOUT ME Hi there, my name is Judy. I lived for 27 years in Forres and Findhorn, in the north east of Scotland. Its a really beautiful area with spectacular beaches and countryside and river and mountain walks. When its sunny you can't beat the Moray Firth but unfortunately its often wet, cold, windy or all three which is why I am now looking to spend much more time in hot climates. I ran my own business as an acupuncturist and healer for 18 years and also trained in other therapies most of which I dont use any more. Before that I worked in advertising and marketing and also went to Art school for 4 years. 5 years ago I moved to London to look after my mother in the last stage of her life. I now have a base in East Sussex near the sea and am free to travel and work again. I have traveled, studied and generally been a seeker but I have realised what may seem obvious which is that everything flows when you are happy and at peace in the moment. After all what else is there?
