HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING While I was growing up my parents cosntantly hosted people- friends of friends, students, my friends, who needed a place to stay in New York City. I grew up with a whirlwind of interesting people coming in and out of my house and learned so much from the experiences. When I travel, which is about as often as I can, I love staying in peoples homes instead hotels. I learn more about the places I"m visting and get a very different view than I otherwise would have. Likewise, my house is always hosting a reloving cast of characters for longer or shorter periods of time. It keeps things interesting to always have new opinons, new skills, and new faces around.
