HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING This network is new to me, but my friend Owen from Ireland says it's great, so I'll give it a shot.... COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Well I sure had a lot of people stay with me when I lived in San Francisco and New York... and probably will again when I go back home....

It's been amazing to be outside of the US for two years... after San Francisco (which is where I want to go back to when I return to the US in 2008 or so...), I lived in New York City and was there for September 11th... after being in the rat race for 7 years, I wanted to travel around a while... been in England, Ireland, Hungary, Czech Republic, India (was in Dharamsala with the Tibetans), Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Laos... and now have my sights set on Japan...
