I tried Couchsurfing for the very first time in 2008 in Homer, Alaska from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for a holiday and ended up making this place my home. I was so grateful for the generosity of my host and first friend in Homer. I look forward to meeting many more awesome people-travelers and hosts- through Couchsurfing.
