CURRENT MISSION Endless travel, love, and laughter. ABOUT ME I've been described as free-spirited, outgoing, talkative, honest, active, social, easy-going, jokester, yogi, creative, crazy, spontaneous, extroverted, relaxed, tree-hugger, artistic, soulful, etc... As with everyone else on Couchsurfing, I have an obsession with travel, people, and cultures. I studied in Boston, Costa Rica, Ecuador and spent a semester traveling around the world on a ship. Though, my real education began after I graduated from university. After working for over a year, I left home in January 2012 and started backpacking around the world - haven't stopped since! I had a crazy 7 months racing through every country in South America, 2 months in Europe, a month in Asia, and then moved to Australia for over a year. I worked traveled all over Australia and spent a few months wandering around Indonesia as well. Once my visa had ran up in OZ, an amazing opportunity popped up back in the US to lead adventure tours, so I headed to my homeland and lead tours all over the USA for 6 months. Shortly after, I moved to my current location - Madrid, Spain where I'm teaching English until the end of June. This is the first time I've settled down in my own place in years so it's time for me to pay it forward! Countless loving hearts opened their homes to me over the years and I'm happy to help out a fellow traveler or few. While I may be sleeping in a bed instead of a van/tent/beach these days, my gypsy blood still flows strong. PHILOSOPHY Always follow your dreams. My philosophy is constantly changing and growing. It's best discussed over pancakes and red wine.I'm a huge fan of Kerouac, Thoreau, Nietzsche, Emerson, Eastern religions, Astrology, Humanism, Vegetarianism, Yoga, Nature, Spirituality, blah blah blah...
