I'm a professional dancer, performer, choreographer who loves to get all dressed up and put on a character for a show. I also love my "day job" as a Pilates and personal fitness trainer, and dance instructor. I get to help people discover their inner strength and the joy of movement. I grew up partly on a farm just south of St. Louis, Missouri and in grade school moved to the sunny and beautiful Southern California area. I'm so glad I did, because I love the beach and Disneyland! I live in NYC (not for its beaches or great weather - wink wink), but for the creativity I've found here. It's definitely where the best of the best come to do their craft and I've never been more inspired and challenged. So much art and so many voices it's been fun finding mine.

I love to travel, but my budget is blown with the rent in NYC. I also LOVE learning about other cultures and meeting amazing and unique individuals.

I am a teacher by profession as well as a performer & artist. So I can teach many kinds of dance, Pilates & fitness. I love to share creative ideas, dances and food! I am also a bit of a mid-century American historian focused on the fashion, dances and styles popular in the U. S. From the 19-teens through the 1950's. My other "hobby job" is as a vintage fashion stylist.

How to make proper Baja Californian guacamole, how to do basic swing dancing and Charleston. How to improve their posture & alignment through Pilates and how to style your hair, outfit and look to fit your favorite vintage era from the 1920's-1950's.
