At my heart, I love being a listener and being surrounded by story tellers. I'm all for any opportunity to hear life stories, stories passed on from generations and from the land. I grew up in an extremely diverse city where I saw the power of stories in bringing together people from wide ranges of experiences and helping them realize each other's humanity. I did Masters in Public Health and currently work trying to break down and build systems for under-served populations globally. My passion is guided by my belief in social justice and resisting capitalism.
