It doesn't come down to one things but the most memorable achievements have come on my hobbies like cycling the entire welsh coast with some work colleagues or surfing some famour spots like Bells Beach in Australia and catching my first tube. I have also progressed a lot in my rock climbing by leading some popular routes all over the UK
