I love to wander, but I also love to organise. I am very curious and I often feel frustrated if I dont understand something, so I keep asking and asking until I do. I love to connect with people, share food, make stuff, play, dance and sing together. I can live low cost for a long time but I do need a good quality coffee to be perfectly happy.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
Sharing is something I love to do. Doesn't matter if its food, time, space... I love to spend time with people that are passionate about travelling in non-traditional ways and I think couchsurfing is a great way to meet people and learn about cultures from the inside. I like to get to know other cultures as well as introduce mine to anyone who is curious.

I can tech you some yoga or contact/partnering skills - I love to practice yoga together with others! I can cook a traditional Czech meal for you. I love music jams - I cant play properly on any instrument (tiny bit of Guitar) but I love to sing!
Mis intereses
I am a Contact Improvisation practitioner and teacher. I am passionate and curious about human body and I love to explore it through movement. My current mission is finding out what does it mean to move "naturally". (how would we move if we were not influenced by cultural and social norms present in our everyday life?) My current interests all circle around the abilities of the body-mind ( Movement, Meditation, Yoga, Wim Hoff method...) and its connection to the Earth.
