My name is Bruno Cruciani, I’m the son of an Italian father and a Brazilian mother. I was born in New York but grew up in Brazil. I have moved around since my early 20s, now I call Hawaii home. I still travel looking for adventures, knowledge and experience. I have been a professional cook for several years and I’m looking to expand my kitchen knowledge constantly.
