Most amazing accomplishment: definitely was learning to snowboard. My sister and I took 3 days of lessons in Denver 2 years ago, and despite the anguishing muscle soreness and getting sick in time for Christmas, i was hooked. It has definitely provided me with an opportunity to meet fascinating people and cure those winter doldrums. I look forward to every bit of snow! Plus, a beer never tasted so good after a long day of carving the slopes.

What you focus on expands and what you resist, not only does it persist, but it also grows in size. And if you want to shrink something and make it disappear from your life, you need to stop feeding it by fighting against it.
