I’m visiting a friend in Germany for the next two weeks. We spontaneously bought tickets to Dublin, and are now looking for a place to sleep. When given the choice, I sit at the kids table and would rather play a game of tag than make small talk. That said, I am always looking for connection: conversation with people whose light encourages mine to meet theirs and energize us both. I am a former long distance runner (50k was my favorite distance) and a current roller derby player. I went to school to be a teacher and a diesel mechanic, but now I’m writing children’s books and possible longer fiction. I’m a preferential vegetarian, but will eat just about whatever is laid in front of me.

Enseña, aprende, comparte
I know how to make delicious basic bread, homemade caramel, fried chicken, and carrot cake. I can sometimes make pasta and flour tortillas. I would be happy to teach you how to make simple balloon animals/hats, low level juggling, and two card tricks.
Lo que puedo ofrecer a los hosts
How to make napkin dolls. Food. Roller skating tips. Hopefully enough that we both feel like we got the better end of the deal.
