This is not near Rome!! I am in Tuscany sometimes and love guests, but only for one or two days. Guests can only come in the Winter and spring as the house is rented out in the sommer. This is not a holiday home and is only for short-term guests. The rest of the time Iive in Munich, there I have no couch but can meet people. The house has a private room for guests with a double bed, and the normal things Like a bathroom and kitchen. This is not luxury but realy nice.
