As a business owner who travels a lot, I began researching the collaborative economy in 2010. This model is so much better than the current vertical economic paradigm. The interaction amongst strangers like Airbnb or coach surfing ultimately leads to a much better experience. I can cook Louisiana cuisine and would be more than willing to share some cooking advice and tips to show how to cook Gumbo, Etouffee, Beignets, and other delicious eats.
