I'm an Italian girl, feeling not so much italian anymore :) I've been out of the country for the past 5 years. I've been living in London for 3 years where I learned the art of mixing spirits in a beautiful south african restaurant. After that tired of that busy city life I've decided to travel for half year between Spain and Portugal doing a cultural exchange (Helpx) and then I've decided to do a big jump in the other side of the world and applied for a working holiday visa in Australia. Best time of my life! I improved my passion for juggling and music and start busking in the city of Melbourne. In there I also been working as barista in pay as you feel restaurant (Lentil As Anything) where I could improve another passion: Coffee and Latte art! So for now this are my passions and a bit of past that I'm sharing with you. Now I want to move on and learn some self sustainability and Permaculture, I haven't got much experience yet but looking forward to it!
