CURRENT MISSION fight against procrastination ABOUT ME Like to have people around, a bit of a greenie and treehugger, used to be vegan for quite some time but now back to just vegetarian. I'm pretty spontaneous, relaxed and very often open to new experiences (unless they involve high adrenaline experiences because I'm a wimp). Currently I am doing my phd in satellite imagery and remote sensing stuff. Slowly turning into a total mapping geek. PHILOSOPHY Everything's going to be alright...

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Lately not much. Haven't lived in very touristy places lately. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I haven't been travelling all that much lately and I haven't lived in very touristy places in a while now, so I surf and host only sporadically. I've certainly met some incredibly nice people while surfing and hosting. I do love to spend at least some time with surfers and hosts that goes beyond saying "hi", "thanks" and "goodbye".
Música, películas y libros
Both with music and movies I am pretty much keen in getting to know a lot more than I know at the moment. Some movies I enjoy: Black cat, white cat; Lord of the rings; Life is beautiful; Pride; Juno Music: some rock/metal, a healthy dose of electro/house/dubstep and every now and then a little bubblegum pop and other 60ies/70ies music.
Una cosa increíble que he hecho
I do something amazing every day by dragging my tired ass out of bed.
Mis intereses
Of course I'm interested in a variety of issues I studied at university. I can have evening filling conversations on climate change, land use change, environmental degradation, ecosystem services, global consumption patterns and other depressing stuff, which is related to these topics. And then of course lots of other stuff like gardening, juggling, hiking, climbing, dreaming (seriously: I am an oneironaut), behaviroal psychology, and surprisingly many things that pop up when I click "random article" on wikipeida.
